Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 2 hours. After 2 hours from the date of purchase, we will not be able to issue a full refund or exchange the item.
To be eligible for a return or cancellation, subject to conditions regarding cleanliness, health and hygiene, or damage during shipping, we are happy to accept returns.
As this is a food item, for returns please call the number ………………. Once we verify your return request, we will process the refund within 12 hours (subject to card system terms and conditions).
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift card: – If paying by cash.
- Cash:- Payment is made in cash. Food items will be returned for inspection, or as otherwise specified by telephone.
- Discount code: – Use this code for a discount on your next purchase.
To process a return, we need to verify the date and time the item was received.
Please call us if you find any product or food unsatisfactory before doing anything to it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- It is observed that food items are available or missing by no more than 40% of the normal quantity, unless the food contains unclean or improper contaminants.
- Any product returned more than 2 hours after receipt and with an unreliable description.
Refunds
Upon receiving your contact, we will verify the date and time of your order, review the details provided, and immediately inform you of the refund terms.
If your payment was made via credit card, the system will process a refund, and the credit will automatically be transferred to your original credit card or payment method within the specified timeframe.
If your payment was made in cash, you can choose to receive a gift card or a discount code. We will send it via SMS or email. Alternatively, you can receive cash by contacting us directly.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.
Exchanges
We will change the food immediately upon receiving your request, and we will review the details you provide. If everything is satisfactory, we will change the food as soon as possible.
